Questions we hear a lot
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Typically small and medium businesses, anywhere from a handful of staff to a couple of hundred, that don’t have their own IT director or full-time IT team. We also work alongside existing IT staff and providers, adding the strategy layer on top.
Who will we actually deal with?
Senior people, not a helpdesk queue. Every engagement is led by our director, Reuben Conroy, and you’ll always know exactly who is looking after your IT.
What kind of IT work do you take on?
Almost anything a business without an IT department needs, from fixing what’s broken and setting things up properly to security, Microsoft 365, networks, phones, websites and automation. When a job needs a specialist we don’t have in-house, we’ll tell you so, find the right one and manage the work ourselves, so you still have one point of contact throughout.
What does the free IT health check actually involve?
A 30-minute call about how your business uses technology: what’s working, what’s creaking and what’s keeping you up at night. You walk away with your top risks in plain English and any quick wins we spot, whether or not you ever work with us. No obligation, no hard sell.
We already have an IT provider. Can you still help?
Yes. We can act as a second opinion or the strategic layer above day-to-day support: reviewing what you’re paying for, setting direction and holding suppliers to account. And if you do decide to switch, we’ll manage the handover so you don’t have to.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You can use us for a one-off project, occasional help when things go wrong or ongoing support. We’ll recommend what fits your business and won’t tie you into something you don’t need.
Do you only work in Scotland?
We’re based in Falkirk and work on-site across Central Scotland: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling and everywhere between. Most support can be delivered remotely, so we work with businesses across the whole UK.
Do you build websites and software too?

How quickly do you respond?
